Q: I dont want too many emails - how often do you send them?

Like you, we don't like being bombarded by emails. We will send an email newlsetter only when we have something new to offer - such as new Free Downloads (Colouring sheets etc) or (the exciting bit) when a new book is released.

We may also send emails containing details of seasonal special offers.

Q: Will you share my email address with any other party?

Absolutely not. Your email address will be added to a contacts database that is managed directly by Penzance Press. From time to time, we upload this data to the industry-standard, secure emailing system called MailChimp, which we have used for many years.

We design content for the emails that are sent out by MailChimp and send the newsletter to a selected segment of the database, depending on what the email contains - eg We might send details of new Free Downloads (Bookmarks and Colouring sheets) to Parents and Teachers; but we might send details of materials relevant to schools only to teachers.

Q: Can I unsubscribe?

Yes - you can unsubscribe any time. Just send an email to unsubscribe@penzancepress.co.uk and we'll take you off the list immediately.
